Senior guard Braylyn Milton led ETSU with 15 points in the 46-51 loss to Chattanooga last Saturday. Junior forward Meghan Downing added nine points and six rebounds for the Buccaneers, along with two blocks as she extended her single-season record with 59.
5th year guard Courtney Moore's streak of 14 consecutive games scoring in double-digits finally came to an end as she didn't score double figures for the first time in 2025. Moore still leads ETSU in scoring with 12.8 points per game.
Wofford is led by Evangelia Paulk, who recorded the first triple-double against a Division 1 opponent in the Terriers' loss to Samford, and the first triple-double with steals in conference history. Paulk averages a team-best 13 points, 8.4 rebounds and 3.5 steals per game. Molly Masingale adds 10.5 points per game.
The Terriers have been without SoCon preseason Player of the Year Rachael Rose for nearly the entire campaign, and didn't have Helen Matthews, who averaged 11.1 points per game, in their last contest against Mercer.
UNC Greensboro has secured the top seed in the conference tournament regardless of how this week's contests play out, with a three-game lead on every other team at 11-1 in SoCon action. Wofford and Chattanooga are tied for second at 8-4, Samford is fourth at 7-5 and ETSU is fifth at 6-6. The Bucs could move up to the 3 seed with a pair of wins on the weekend.
ETSU leads the all-time series with Wofford 41-27, and won the previous matchup between the two squads when Moore scored her 1,000th career point in Spartanburg.
