Your Guide to ETSU Mobile Ticketing

Download your tickets using the instructions below.

Log in on your smartphone

Open My Account

Once logged in, open the menu in the top-left corner and select “My Account.”

Select your upcoming event

Under “My Upcoming Events,” select the game you want to access.

Add each ticket to your wallet

Once the game is open, your tickets will appear. Select “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to Google Pay” for each ticket for the game.

Tap Add to finish

Tap “Add” when your ticket appears. Your ticket will then be saved in your phone’s wallet. Your ALL-IN-1 ticket will automatically update to the next game the following Sunday.

Game Day Entry

When you arrive on game day, open your wallet app on your smartphone and present your tickets to the gate attendants for entry.

Download Before You Arrive

You can always access your ticket through your account in your mobile browser, but we encourage you to use your smartphone’s wallet app and download your ticket in advance to save time on game day.
