JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (June 8, 2026) - The ETSU men's soccer team announced its 2026 schedule on Monday, featuring three NCAA Tournament qualifiers from a season ago and 11 home dates from August 12 to Halloween.

The Bucs open with Emory & Henry on the August 12 followed by Cumberland on the 15th. Their first NCAA-caliber opponent is a trip to Clemson on August 23. The Tigers were ranked as high as second in the nation last year before bowing out in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

ETSU returns home September 1 for a Tuesday evening matchup with USC Upstate and hosts Longwood on September 5, with the Saturday evening contest following on from football's game against Tusculum earlier in the day. They head to Virginia Tech on September 8 and host Belmont on the 12th, followed by a trip to UNC Asheville and then the SoCon opener at Wofford on September 19. Presbyterian comes to Summers-Taylor Stadium on June 22, and VMI is in town September 26.

The Bucs start October with Charlotte at 11:00 AM on October 3 ahead of ETSU football against Chattanooga later that day. Home dates with Gardner-Webb on October 6 and Liberty on October 10 followed by a trip to Winthrop on October 13 wrap the nonconference portion of the season. A gauntlet awaits the Bucs at the end of October, beginning with a trip to Mercer on October 17, a visit from Furman on October 24, and a visit to UNCG on Halloween. The Paladins appeared in the 2025 College Cup semifinals, falling to eventual national champions Washington, and the Spartans made the round of 16 before losing to eventual national runners-up NC State.
