CLEMSON, S.C. (Aug. 23, 2026) - The Clemson Tigers struck twice in 81 seconds to beat ETSU 2-0 at Riggs Field on Sunday night.
Duncan Wilson scored in the 66th minute followed almost immediately by Cooper Hineline to put the Tigers (2-0-0) out of reach of the Buccaneers (1-1-0).
After outshooting Clemson 5-4 in the first half, ETSU was outshot for the game 11-7 with a 6-2 margin in shots on goal.
Jaime Carrillo paced the attack with three shots and one shot on goal. Noé Delmotte made two saves in the loss.
The Bucs now have nine-day layoff before their home opener against USC Upstate on September 1 at 6:00pm.
