TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (Nov. 1, 2025) – The ETSU women's tennis team closed out its fall schedule on Saturday by finishing play at the Roberta Alison Fall Classic hosted by the University of Alabama. The Bucs, who were joined by Alcorn State, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, North Alabama, Ole Miss, South Alabama, Troy, Tulane, and UAB in Tuscaloosa, collected 17 victories over the course of the two-day tournament.
ETSU sent six players to compete in Tuscaloosa this weekend and all six came away with at least one singles victory. Sophomore
Ksenija Rage was the lone Buc to go undefeated in singles action (3-0), while newcomers
Mariangel Estrella and
Audelie Lesauvage both compiled a 2-1 mark.
The Blue and Gold fared even better when playing doubles. Overall, the Buccaneers went 7-2 in those matches with two of their teams (
Alessandra Caceres/Estrella and
Julia Millan/Rage) going a perfect 3-0.
