CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Sept. 29, 2024) – The ETSU women's tennis team turned in a strong showing in Charlotte over the weekend. Overall, the Bucs won 19 matches, including nine on Sunday to close out their stay in the Queen City.
 
The weekend was split into three parts. The first was a match between ETSU and James Madison on Friday. The Bucs went 4-3 in singles and 1-2 in doubles against the Dukes. The Bucs then clashed with host Charlotte on Saturday and then ETSU was back on the courts on Sunday in a hybrid match against players from Kentucky, VCU, Charlotte, and James Madison. In that format, the Bucs swept all three doubles tilts and came away with victories in all six singles matches.
