- The Bucs opened their home stand with a 1-0 win over Eastern Kentucky on Sunday
- Grace Eatz scored the game-winner off a free kick in the 35th minute, resulting in her seventh career goal

- Ashton Blair registered her 12th career shutout, which places her second all-time among Buccaneer leaders

- Like ETSU, Tennessee sits 1-1-0 after its first two games of the season
- The Vols opened the season with a 1-0 setback at Indiana and knocked off Chattanooga 2-0 on Sunday
- Sunday's match with the Mocs was tightly contested with the Vols' first goal coming via an own goal, while their second score came in the 90th minute by Sammi Woods
- Woods was joined by Jaida Thomas, Mac Midgley and Kate Runyon on the 2024 SEC Preseason Watch List
- Thomas ranks second on Tennessee's all-time goals list with 39 and is four shy of tying the program record
