JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 24, 2026) – East Tennessee State University volleyball's fall home tournament will be sponsored by the Abundant Christian Living Community, with Zaxbys named the official dining partner.

The Buccaneer Classic is entering its second year, but this is its first presented by Abundant Christian Living Community and with Zaxbys as the official dining partner. The two-day event, set to take place on Aug. 28-29, will feature ETSU, Akron, Auburn, and Liberty.
ETSU and Akron will open the tournament with a 1 p.m. showdown on Friday, before the Bucs battle Auburn on that night at 6 p.m. ETSU will close out the Buccaneer Classic presented by Abundant Christian Living Community at 4 p.m. on Saturday against Liberty.
Additionally, ETSU will host three neutral site games between Auburn and Liberty (Friday, 10 a.m.), Akron and Liberty (Saturday, 10 a.m.), and Akron and Auburn (Saturday, 1 p.m.).
