JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 27, 2026) – The No. 68 ETSU men's tennis team shut out Wofford on Friday by a score of 7-0. Friday's win is the team's 15
th in a row and boosts the Bucs' overall record to 15-3 and 3-0 in SoCon play. The 15 wins in a row are the most for ETSU since 2016 when it also won 15 in a row.
The Buccaneers jumped on the Terriers early on in doubles action. ETSU clinched the point thanks to a pair of 6-2 victories from the duos of
Arenui Luethi/
Peter Kalocsai and
James Sim/
Juan Listo. That momentum carried into singles action as the Bucs won all six matches with five of those coming in two sets.
Peter Kalocsai's 6-2, 6-3 win in the No. 3 spot clinched the win for ETSU.
