JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Oct. 23, 2025) – The ETSU men's soccer team will honor nine outgoing players on Friday night when they host Wofford in the home finale. Kickoff is set for 6:00pm at Summers-Taylor Stadium.

ETSU is looking to get back into the win column after conceding twice in the final 10 minutes against Mercer to lose 3-2.

The Terriers played Wake Forest to a 2-2 draw in Winston-Salem on Tuesday to snap a three-game losing streak. Kalle Rahbeck and Sam Diebold scored just over five minutes apart to put the Terriers ahead before the Demon Deacons found a late equalizer. Nathan Simes leads Wofford with eight goals, ranked second in the SoCon and 18th in the country.
This is the 21st meeting between ETSU and Wofford in men's soccer. The Bucs have dominated the series with a 12-3-5 record that included a 2-0 win in Spartanburg last year and a draw in the SoCon tournament semifinals that saw ETSU go through on penalty kicks. The Terriers' last win in the series was a 1-0 victory in Spartanburg on October 4, 2016. ETSU is 5-0-5 against Wofford in Johnson City.
