MACON, Ga. (March 21, 2024) – The ETSU women's tennis team got back into the win column on Thursday with a 7-0 victory on the road at Mercer. With Thursday's win, the Buccaneers improve to 9-6 overall and 4-0 in SoCon matches in 2024.
The Bucs started Thursday's contest by winning two of the three doubles matches. It marks the ninth time in 15 matches that ETSU has won the doubles point. After gaining the early 1-0 lead, the Bucs went on to win all six singles matches. In SoCon play, the Bucs have dropped just one point in four matches against UNC Greensboro, Western Carolina, Wofford and Mercer.
