ABOUT THE BUCS
·       ETSU comes in off an emphatic 6-0 rout of UNCG on Friday night. Five Buccaneers found the net, including the 20th career goals for Tarik Pannholzer and Kieran Richards and the first career goal for Louie Salkeld.
·       The Bucs' six goals against UNCG are the second-most in a game in program history. ETSU scored 7 against VMI on March 30, 2021, to set the school record.
·       Pannholzer and Richards became the fifth and sixth players to reach 20 goals in school history and are tied with Aaron Schoenfeld for fourth on the all-time scoring list. Richards is also tied with Blaike Woodruff for fourth all-time in assists with 12. Richards is fourth all-time in points with 52, and Pannholzer is fifth with 49.
·       With two goals and an assist on Friday, Gabriel Ramos moved into 11th all-time in school history with 27 career points (nine goals, nine assists). Ramos is tied with Pannholzer for seventh in ETSU history in assists. Both need one more to tie Schoenfeld for seventh all-time.
·       After Cole Hunter's second consecutive shutout, the Bucs are 33rd in the nation in goals against average (0.909) and save percentage (.783). Hunter is 21st in the nation in GAA and 18th in save percentage.

ABOUT GARDNER-WEBB
·       Scott Wells is in his first season in charge in Boiling Springs. The Runnin' Bulldogs have consecutive draws at Presbyterian and versus UNC Asheville in the last 10 days to pull out of a five-game losing skid. They have remained winless for eight games.
·       GWU's last win came in a shock 2-0 victory over South Carolina on August 27th in Columbia. Santiogo Hoyos found the net twice that night.
·       Hoyos and sophomore Jaylen Orr lead the Runnin' Bulldogs with three goals each. Orr has six goals to his name for his career, and fellow sophomore Pablo Brimeux has seven career goals with two in 2023.
·       Gardner-Webb has conceded multiple goals seven times in 10 matches this season, ranking 197th out of 202 teams in the country in goals against average (2.50) and 202nd in save percentage (.500).

SERIES HISTORY
