The ETSU Athletic Hall of Fame is dedicated to celebrating athletic excellence while supporting the Mission and Values of East Tennessee State University.

All former ETSU student-athletes, living or deceased, are eligible for nomination to the ETSU Athletics Hall of Fame five (5) years after his/her eligibility is exhausted.

Below is a link to the online nomination form containing questions that are focused on the athletic accomplishments of a nominee. Please complete each question to the best of your knowledge. The ETSU Media Relations and Sports Information staff will research each nominee to ensure a complete record of accomplishments is included for consideration.
