2025 (Sophomore): Named the SoCon Player of the Year... Played in all 30 matches and all 113 sets... Accumulated 443 kills, 22 assists, 45 aces, 281 digs and 33 total blocks... Was the ETSU leader in kills with 443 and points with 506.5... Collected 12 double-doubles... Reached double-digit kills in 25 matches and double-digit digs in 14 contests... Averaged 4.48 points per set and 3.92 kills per set... Boasted 15 or more kills in 15 outings... Dishes two or more aces in 11 matches and recorded aces in 21 contests... Ranked second in the SoCon in kills (443 at 3.92 per set), aces (45 at .40 per set) and points (506.5 at 4.48 per set)... Set a career-high of 24 kills and reached it twice (vs. High Point, vs. Chattanooga)... Hit a career-high .688 clip (12-1-16) versus The Citadel... Hit over .300 in seven matches... Also reached a career-high of 18 digs versus Wofford in the SoCon Championship match.

2024 (Freshman): Named to the SoCon All-Freshman Team … made her Buccaneer debut in the season opener against Marshall (Aug. 30), recording two kills on two attempts … played in 28 matches and 89 sets with 12 starts … played 27 of 44 sets in nonconference play but appeared in all but five against SoCon opponents … totaled 181 kills on .132 hitting … notched 174 digs, 14 blocks and 19 aces … posted 11 double digit kill matches, including a stretch of six in a row during conference play … had eight double digit dig matches, including a streak of four straight and five of six matches during SoCon action … had six double-doubles … first double-digit dig match came with 15 against Queens (Sept. 21) … hit a season-best .417 with 11 kills against Samford (Oct. 5) … began her streak of six double-digit kill matches with a 14 kill, 11 dig double-double in a sweep of Western Carolina (Oct. 19) … posted an 11 kill, 11 dig double-double on .348 hitting with a pair of aces at UNCG (Oct. 26) … set a new career high with 15 kills just three days later in a home win over Furman (Oct. 29) … promptly notched 15 kills again later that weekend while also recording a double-double (12 digs) against Mercer (Nov. 9) … tallied a career best 17 digs, along with ten kills, in a road win over Wofford (Nov. 9)

Prior to ETSU: Bays joined the Bucs after totaling 2,145 kills in her career at Gate City High School ... the 2,145 kills are a record in the state of Virginia ... she averaged 6.2 kills per set, totaled 1,287 digs and 279 aces to go with a career hitting percentage of .488 ... is a four-time All-State, All-Region, All-District selection and Region Player of the Year ... the 2024 Virginia State Player of the Year, Bays also played basketball and softball in high school and helped her team to success both at the district, region, and state levels ... graduated with Gate City High School's single-season kills record (693) and Virginia High School League record for the most kills in a match (47).
