2026: Played in 28 games, starting in 10... Registered six hits through 38 at-bats with seven walks drawn... Tallied six RBI and generated two runs herself... Posted averages of .158 batting, .289 on-base and .184 slugging... Collected 37 putouts and three assists in the field at catcher... Reached a career-high seven putouts on April 11 at Chattanooga.

2025: Played in 11 games and started six... Hit .250 with one double, two RBI and one run scored... First career hit came at Campbell (Feb. 9)... Doubled against Presbyterian (Feb. 14)... Both RBI came against Louisiana Tech (Feb. 22)... Went 2-2 and scored a run against Saint Louis (Feb. 28).

Prior to ETSU: Merritt comes to ETSU from Corryton, Tennessee... A four year letterwinner at Gibbs High School... Won a state championship in 2024... Named to the all state, all area, all region, and all district teams in 2024... A golden glove all four years... Hit .500 over her career with a .538 OBP... Holds the Gibbs career slugging record at .991... Team finished second in the state as a sophomore and third in the state as a freshman and junior.
