Juan Villegas enters his second year as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at ETSU and will be working with the Men´s Soccer program. Juan came to ETSU as a certified athletic training intern working with Men’s Soccer for the 2018 season. Juan graduated in May of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Charleston (UC). While at UC, Juan worked with the Football, Men’s and Women´s Basketball, Baseball, Women´s Soccer, and Women´s Lacrosse programs. Juan is native of Caracas, Venezuela and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers´ Association, Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers´ and West Virginia Athletic Trainers´ Association.  Juan is a licensed athletic trainer in the state of Tennessee and is certified in CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
