High School: Sixth all-time at Carbondale Community High School with 1,604 career points... holds Terriers' career record for made three pointers with 200... three-time All-South Seven Conference selection and two time IBCA 3A All-State Honorable Mention.

Personal: Second member of his family to play at ETSU... brother Devontavius Payne scored 537 points in two seasons at ETSU from 2016-2018 and was part of the 2017 SoCon regular season and tournament championship team... sister Achsah Greer played junior college ball at Rend Lake in 2016-17... brother Dre'Shean Payne played at Southwest Illinois College in 2010-11.
