2026 Season (Freshman) - As a true freshman, Costarelli appeared in 19 games and made two starts for the Bucs...Overall, Costarelli posted a 1-1 record with a 7.83 ERA in 23 innings pitched to go along with three saves...Costarelli earned a save in his college baseball debut on February 14 against Marist...Made his first career start on February 17 at Virginia Tech...Also tallied saves against Sacred Heart on February 21 and against VMI on March 27...Notched his first ETSU victory on March 22 against UNC Greensboro...10 of his 19 appearances were longer than one inning as a freshman with his longest outing being three innings at Virginia Tech on February 17.

Prior to ETSU - Named to the All-Long Island Baseball Team for the 2025 season...Was recipient of the Paul Gibson Award given to the top pitcher in Suffolk County...Struck out 92 hitters in 63 innings and posted a 0.22 ERA...Also a successful hitter batting .400 for the season with a 1.103 OPS...Also named First Team All-State as a quarterback.
