2024 Season (Freshman) - Hoover did not appear in a game for the Bucs during the 2024 season. 

Prior to ETSU - Concluded his high school career with an 18-4 record and a 1.85 ERA...Hoover was a three-time All-State and All-Conference pick in high school...Has several relatives that competed in college including his father Michael (Tennessee Tech, Walters State CC), uncle Rob (Western Carolina) and grandfather David (Carson-Newman)
