2025 Season (Senior) - Torres turned in one of the best offensive seasons in the history of ETSU baseball in 2025...Torres paced the Bucs in batting average (.364), slugging percentage (.756), runs scored (69), hits (82), RBI (72), doubles (15), home runs (23), and total bases (170) in 2025...The Woodstock, Georgia native is just the third Buccaneer slugger to ever hit 23 or more home runs in a season joining Paul Hoilman (25 – 2010) and former teammate Cameron Sisneros (23 – 2024)...Furthermore, his 170 total bases are the second-most ever by an ETSU player in a single season trailing only Hoilman's total of 202 in 2010...His play all season long led Torres to collect plenty of awards at the conclusion of the regular season and beyond...Torres was named the SoCon Player of the Year and then hit .500 with six RBI in the SoCon Tournament to be named the event's Most Outstanding Player...The awards were not done there for Torres as he was named ABCA First Team All-Region and landed Third Team All-American honors from both Perfect Game and NCBWA. 

2024 Season (Junior) - In his first season in Johnson City, Torres appeared in 23 games, including 11 starts...Splitting time between second base and third base, Torres hit .204 with two home runs and 13 RBI in 49 at-bats...Made his ETSU debut in the season opener vs. Lafayette on February 16...In that game, Torres scored a pair of runs and also drove in two...Began. his ETSU career with three straight two-RBI games...Posted six multi-RBI games in 2024...Logged multi-hit outings against Lafayette (February 18) and Wagner (March 3)...Hit home runs against Lafayette (February 17) and Wagner (March 3)...Scored a season-high three runs vs. Lafayette on February 17...Finished the season with 15 runs scored and 13 RBI...Also totaled four doubles, two home runs and two stolen bases. 

Prior to ETSU - Torres comes to Johnson City after spending one season at both Butler Community College and Walters State Community College...At Butler, Torres hit .291 in 55 games with 14 home runs and 54 RBI...He also scored 49 runs, swiped three bases and totaled a team-high 32 extra base hits in his lone season with the Grizzlies...After the season, Torres earned All-KJCCC Honorable Mention honors...At Walters State, Torres played in 50 games and hit .358 with 12 home runs and 35 RBI...He scored 68 runs and upped his stolen base total to 17 with the Senators...Torres capped the season with a .524 on-base percentage and a .708 slugging percentage (1.232 OPS)...He earned All-TCCAA First Team honors after helping to lead the Senators to a 51-10 record in 2023.
