2025 Season (Sophomore) - Engert made two relief appearances for the Bucs in 2025...Made his season debut on March 1 vs. Binghamton and allowed a one run in one inning of work...Also appeared in a game at USC Upstate on March 28. 

2024 Season (Freshman) - In his first season with the Bucs, Engert appeared in 13 games and made one start...Made his collegiate debut in the season opener vs. Lafayette on February 16 where he pitched a scoreless inning and struck out two...Logged a total of 16.2 innings pitched as a freshman...Struck out 20 hitters in those 16.2 innings...Struck out a season-high four hitters at UNC Greensboro on March 29...Began his collegiate career by striking out two in four consecutive games...Received his first career start at nationally-ranked South Carolina on May 1...Had scoreless appearances against Villanova (March 16), Western Carolina (March 23), UNC Asheville (April 2), Radford (April 17), The Citadel (April 27) and Miami (OH) (May 16)...Engert was also stellar in limited action during the SoCon slate...In conference games, Engert posted a 3.86 ERA and totaled eight strikeouts in 4.2 innings pitched...Also posted a 0.71 WHIP and held opposing SoCon lineups to a .125 batting average.
