BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. - East Tennessee State women's golf competed in the 2026 Southern Conference Championship over April 20-22 at the Columbia Country Club.  The Bucs wrapped play with two individuals in the top 10 and a sixth-place finish.  

Sophia Gambini led the field with a combined 10 birdies through the three rounds with four in the second round and three in the first and third and tied for the lead in par 5s at 4.67.  Arisa Piyamanit followed Gambini as a league-leader in par 5s at 4.75 for third, in par 3s at 3.00 for third and birdies with seven for seventh.  The Bucs ranked third overall in pars 3s (3.27), in par 5s (5.10) and birdies (24) as a team.
