The Bucs will send 19 student-athletes to compete in the 2026 SoCon Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships beginning Friday at the Corps Physical Training Facility in Lexington, Virginia. The pentathlon kicks off the competition at 9 a.m. with the event beginning in earnest at 1 p.m. on Friday and concluding Saturday afternoon. Live results are available at SnapTiming, and Saturday's action will be streamed on ESPN+ beginning at 11:30a.m.
 

On the track, medal hopes are led by sophomore Micailah Cook, who has enjoyed another strong campaign for ETSU. She enters the weekend with the SoCon's top mark in the 200m and one of three 400m runners with a best mark under 56 seconds. Cook is also a critical piece of the 4x400m relay alongside Katelyn Lemke, Patty Kilkelly, and Meg Lance, with less than half a second separating the Bucs' best mark this season from a podium finish.

The distance medley relay team of Lance, Kilkelly, Deena Ludtke, and Sophie Beach enters with the second-fastest time in the SoCin this season at 12:10.80, and Beach and Camryn Johnson will be dark horse podium contenders in the 5000m run with the fifth and sixth fastest marks in the conference in 2026.

In the field events, Tyla Nicholson leads thf VB b vb bbc.come medal hopes with the joint third best mark in the weight throw this season at 14.69m. Dark horse entries include freshman Maddie Winchester at seventh in the weight throw and junior Sophia Edwards at sixth in the pole vault.
