BLACKSBURG, Va. (Feb. 22, 2026) – The ETSU women's tennis team erased a 3-0 deficit to come back and knock off Virginia Tech on the road by a score of 4-3. Sunday's win, which was ETSU's first over Virginia Tech since 2019, is ETSU's fourth in a row and boosts the Bucs' overall record to 5-2 this season.
Virginia Tech looked like it would stop ETSU's winning streak at three early on by earning the doubles point along with the first two singles victories. The Buccaneers, however, battled the Hokies tough earning four consecutive three-set wins from
Mariangel Estrella,
Audelie Lesauvage,
Julia Millan, and
