JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Jan. 30, 2026) - The ETSU men's basketball game against Samford on Saturday, February 14, has been selected as ESPN's "wild card" game in its television contract with the Southern Conference and will air on ESPNU. To accommodate the national TV selection, tip time has been moved from 4:00pm to noon. 

The Samford game is Academic Excellence Day at Freedom Hall. All students in Tri-Cities area school districts will receive a free ticket upon presenting a voucher at the ticket booth. Parents and/or guardians will receive a discounted $5 ticket.
