Hilton Head Island, S.C. (March 23, 2025) – East Tennessee State University women's golf finished in fifth place at the Low Country Intercollegiate on Sunday.
The Bucs, who stayed in fifth for the duration of the tournament, were led by senior
Alex Crafton, who finished eighth in the individual competition. Crafton carded a three-day score of 16-over for her best placing finish of the spring.
Freshman
McKenzie Hauk posted a 24-over three round score to finish t-No. 19. The other scoring Bucs were sophomore
Brianna Castaldi and junior
Katie Hall, both of whom finished t-No. 25 at 26-over.
High Point won the tournament going away, finishing 22 strokes ahead of the field at 49-over. Samford finished second, followed by Wofford and Gardner-Webb, with ETSU rounding out the top five.
Next, the Buccaneers will travel to the "More Than Golf" Annika's Invitational in Aiken, S.C., from March 28-30.
