MIAMI, Fla. (March 18, 2025) – In a matchup between two programs that have been nationally ranked multiple weeks this season, No. 66 FIU came away with a close 4-3 win over the ETSU women's tennis team on Tuesday afternoon. The loss moves ETSU's record to 7-6 on the 2025 campaign.
FIU jumped out to a 3-0 lead on the Bucs with the doubles point and victories in the top two singles positions. ETSU did battle back with wins from
Julia Millan and
Ralitsa Alexandrova, but the Golden Panthers clinched the match with a 6-0, 6-4 win in the third singles flight.
