Bucs continue winning ways with a 6-1 victory over Florida Gulf Coast

ETSU extends its winning streak to seven with Tuesday’s win

FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 18, 2025) – The ETSU men's tennis team extended its winning streak to seven on Tuesday as it defeated Florida Gulf Coast by a score of 6-1. Tuesday's win over the Eagles boosts ETSU's record to 8-4 this season.
 
Florida Gulf Coast's success came at the beginning of Tuesday's contest as the Eagles captured the doubles point. When the match moved to singles, however, it was all Bucs. ETSU won all six singles tilts starting with Pedro Cressoni's 6-3, 6-3 win in the No. 3 slot. Juan Andres Listo and Carlos Gonzales gave the Bucs their first lead and Peter Kalocsai clinched the match for their seventh consecutive win.
