PALM CITY, Fla. (Feb. 9, 2025) – East Tennessee State University women's golf utilized a balanced round, and its best of the 2024-25 season, to enter the clubhouse in second place of 18 teams at the UNCG/AGCP Invitational.
Senior
Alex Crafton powered the Bucs to a 3-over team finish, shooting a 1-under round with three birdies, ending the day in seventh individually. Sophomore
Brianna Castaldi finished the round at even-par, good for No. 12 as an individual.

McKenzie Hauk wrapped up the round at 1-over. Redshirt sophomore
Sydney Harz wrapped up the scoring for the Bucs with a 3-over round, and all five ETSU golfers are in the top 50 after the first day.
As a team, only Virginia Tech (13-under) finished the morning ahead of ETSU. Arkansas State (4-over), Morehead State (5-over) Memphis and UNCG (both 8-over) follow in the team leaderboard.
Valentine Dixon (VT) took control of the individual competition with a stellar 7-under round, followed by Claire Swathwood (Memphis) at 5-under and her Hokie teammate, Katherine Lemke at 3-under.
