JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - East Tennessee State women's basketball (0-3, 0-0 SocCon) fell to the Kennesaw State Owls (2-1, 0-0 CUSA) on Wednesday afternoon 63-64.
NOTABLES
- Meghan Downing, the senior forward, made her return to the hardwood with a resounding four blocks and nine points, pushing her career blocks total to 121, just nine away from the all-time career blocks record at ETSU. Downing tacked on nine points going 5-5 from the line with five rebounds to surpass 400 career rebounds.
- Sophomore guard Lucy Hood boasted a career-high four 3PT made alongside her career-high and team-high 14 points.
- Following Hood's offensive efforts was freshman guard SaBreya Monsanto with a career-high 11 points, going 4-6 on FG and 3-6 at the line with the team-high of six rebounds.
- Sophomore guard Jaidy. Harper was perfect in 3PT made (2-2) and FT (2-2) for eight points.
