CLINTON, S.C. (Jan. 29, 2025) – The ETSU men's tennis team picked up its first win of the 2025 season on Wednesday as it defeated Presbyterian by a score of 6-1. The victory boosts ETSU's record to 1-2 on the spring campaign.
Presbyterian gained the early advantage on the Bucs by claiming the doubles point. However, the Blue and Gold dominated in the singles action winning all six of them.
Pedro Cressoni tied the contest at one a piece and
Martin Garcia-Ripoll clinched the win for the Bucs with a 6-2, 6-2 win. All six singles victories for ETSU on Wednesday were in two sets.
