• ETSU sits at 12-9 overall and 5-3 in SoCon play
• The Bucs are coming off a 71-63 setback to Chattanooga last Saturday inside Freedom Hall
• Quimari Peterson and Jaden Seymour each scored 22 points, while accounting for 14 of the Bucs' 21 made field goals
• Wednesday concludes the first leg of SoCon round robin play as ETSU has defeated VMI, Mercer, The Citadel, Samford and Western Carolina, while falling to Wofford, Furman and Chattanooga
• ETSU is currently tied for third in the SoCon standings with Chattanooga and Wofford, while UNCG is one game ahead in second place
• Jaden Seymour was named SoCon Player of the Week on Monday, marking the second time this month he has received the top honor … Seymour totaled 56 points, 20 rebounds, five assists and three blocks in the two games last week … The Charlotte native scored a career high and Freedom Hall record 34 points, while grabbing a season-high 13 rebounds in the win over Western Carolina … On Saturday, Seymour scored 22 points and pulled down seven rebounds versus Chattanooga
• After the 56 points in two games, Seymour moved to 16th on the ETSU all-time scoring list with 1,284 points … Seymour is four points shy of passing Dimeco Childress (1999-2002) for 15th, six points shy of jumping Mike Kretzer (1968-70) for 14th and 42 points away from passing Rashawn Rembert (2011-15) for 13th  
• Quimari Peterson and Jaden Seymour rank first and second in the SoCon in scoring … Peterson is averaging 18.3 points per game and Seymour is at 17.7 … Peterson and Seymour are the only duo from the same team to rank one-two in their respective conference in scoring and one of three sets of teammates who have scored at least 370 points this season
• Peterson ranks 21st nationally in field goals made (145) and is 38th in points (384)
• With ETSU's 10 made threes on Saturday, the Bucs have made at least one three-pointer in 1,180 straight games – the third-longest streak in the country
• ETSU was picked to finish third in the SoCon Preseason Coaches Poll … The Bucs picked up two first-place votes, while reigning champion Samford was pegged number one and Chattanooga was selected second

• UNCG has won three of its last four and enters Wednesday at 13-8 overall and 6-2 in league play
• The Spartans have won seven of their eight games at home this season and are 4-0 inside Fleming Gym
• UNCG is coming off a 60-57 win at VMI on Saturday
• The Spartans are averaging 74.1 points per game and allowing 64.4 per contest … The 64.4 points allowed is the best among SoCon teams, while UNCG also leads the conference in three-point shooting (.384), field goal percentage defense (.399) and three-point percentage defense (.275)
• Three players are averaging in double figures in scoring with Kenyon Giles leading the team at 16.4 points per game, while Donovan Atwell is at 14.2 ppg and Ronald Polite III is posting 12.9 points per contest

• In last year's series, the Bucs averaged 64.3 points, while UNCG was held to 65.7 … Jaden Seymour averaged 14.3 points and 3.7 rebounds in the three games, while Quimari Peterson – who hit the game-winning shot in the 66-65 victory in Johnson City – averaged 13.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists
