ETSU women’s soccer opens SoCon play against The Citadel on Thursday

Bucs to honor seven seniors prior to the contest

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Sept. 18, 2024) – The ETSU women's soccer team finally returns home as the Buccaneers open Southern Conference play on Thursday night against The Citadel. Game time is set for 6 p.m. at Summers Taylor Stadium.

ABOUT THE BUCS
  • ETSU enters conference play at 1-4-1, while the Bucs haven't played since Sept. 8 at Duke
  • Thursday will be ETSU's Senior Day as seven Bucs will be honored pregame … The seniors include Kyra Ranvek, Lindsey Cook, Paige Carlsen, Sydney Somogyi, Madi Hook, Ellie Cornell and Ashton Blair
  • Thursday marks the Bucs' first home game in 25 days as ETSU last played at Summers-Taylor Stadium on Aug. 25 against Liberty
