JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 24, 2024) – The ETSU women's soccer team concludes its season-long three-game home stand on Sunday when the Buccaneers host Liberty. Game time is set for 1 p.m. at Summers-Taylor Stadium.

- ETSU sits 1-2 after its first three games of the season
- The Blue & Gold are coming off a hard-fought 1-0 setback to Tennessee on Thursday night at Summers-Taylor Stadium
- The 1-0 result was the closest the Bucs have played Tennessee in the nine all-time meetings … The second-fewest goals the Bucs allowed to the Vols was back on Aug. 22, 2009, when ETSU fell 2-0

- Liberty, the reigning Conference USA champion, was picked as the league favorite this season as the Flames tallied eight first-place votes
- Junior forward Ivy Garner was named CUSA Offensive Player of the Year, while Sallie Garner was tabbed Preseason Defensive Player of the Year
- The Flames have outscored their opposition 7-2 through the first three games
- Halle Engle leads the team with three goals and one assist, while Peyton Huber and Grace Huber have split time in goal for Liberty
