JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Nov. 13, 2024) – East Tennessee State University volleyball is set for its penultimate match of the regular season.
The Bucs (16-10, 8-6 SoCon) travel to Western Carolina (8-18, 2-11 SoCon) at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14.

Western Carolina is led by Ali Morris, who has 290 kills and 19 aces. The Catamounts employ a pair of setters – Sarah Janourova has 450 assists and Katie Boney has 448. Defensively, Janelle Blue is second in the SoCon with 103 blocks, and Eda Yalçinkaya has 355 digs.
The last time ETSU and Western Carolina met, the Bucs won in three sets. Freshman outside hitter Makayla Bays had a 14 kill, 11 dig double-double, and junior opposite Isabelle Iosua added 11 kills on .391 hitting. Ali Morris had 13 kills for the Catamounts in the loss.
