JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Nov. 13, 2023) – With the basketball season tipping off earlier this week, ETSU Athletics is releasing "Getting to Know" videos for the Buccaneer men's and women's basketball teams.
ETSU men's basketball head coach
Brooks Savage and women's head coach
Brenda Mock Brown sat down one-on-one with their players, so the Buccaneer fans can get to know the student-athletes as we approach the 2023-24 season.
The fourth Buccaneer to join Coach Savage in the series is guard
Timmy Fasehun.
Fasehun is a 6'0", 175-pound guard who transferred to ETSU from Gulf Coast State College.
Fasehun played in 27 games last season at Gulf Coast State College. He made his debut at South Georgia Tech on Nov. 1, 2022, while he dished out a season-high six assists in the win over Florida Coastal Prep on Nov. 28. Fasehun had a pair of four-assists games against Lamar State-Port Arthur and Pensacola State, while he scored his first collegiate points against Northwest Florida State where he finished with four points.
The Bucs are back in action on Monday night when ETSU plays at Butler. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. and will be televised on CBS Sports Network.
