Ryan Wilson was named an Athletics Marketing Assistant in May 2026.

In the position, he plays a key role in enhancing the fan experience through game-day promotions, corporate sponsor activations, video board production and event operations.

Wilson joined ETSU Athletics as a marketing intern in October 2022 before transitioning into his current role in upon graduation. In addition to his work with the Buccaneers, he has gained experience with the Big South Conference Basketball Championships, Southern Conference Basketball Tournament, and the MiLB's Asheville Tourists, developing a strong background in collegiate and professional sports marketing, fan engagement, and live event production.
