Morgan Little joined the ETSU baseball program as a volunteer assistant coach in 2025. In his role with the Buccaneers, Little assists with player development, scouting, and daily practice operations, bringing a strong foundation in analytics, leadership, and on-field experience to the program.

A former NCAA Division I infielder, Little played at St. Bonaventure University from 2023 to 2025, where he was named team captain for his senior season. During his time with the Bonnies, he also worked as a Data Analytics Assistant, developing comprehensive scouting reports using TruMedia, Trackman, and other performance analysis tools to support game planning and player development.

Before St. Bonaventure, Little was a standout infielder at WVU Potomac State College from 2021 to 2023. As a sophomore, he earned First-Team Region XX honors, showcasing his consistent performance and leadership on the field. He also excelled academically, making the President’s and Dean’s Lists while competing in one of the nation’s premier junior college programs.

In addition to his collegiate playing and coaching experience, Little gained exposure to the professional side of the game by shadowing the hitting coach with the Altoona Curve, the Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, where he assisted with hitting routines and gained valuable insight into pro-level player development.

A native of Keyser, West Virginia, Little graduated cum laude from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. He brings a passion for player development, data-driven instruction, and building a competitive, team-first culture at ETSU.
