2025 Season (Senior) - In his lone season playing for the Bucs, Wells played in and started 11 of the 12 games for ETSU at safety...Wells finished second on the team with 65 tackles with 5.5 of those for loss...He also broke up six passes and tallied one interception...Wells had three or more tackles in every game during the 2025 season...His top tackling performance came at West Georgia on September 13 where totaled 11 stops...He also had a nine-tackle game against VMI on October 11...Wells recovered a fumble against Wofford on October 25...Notched his first career interception on November 8 at Samford...Blocked a kick in the win over Elon on September 20...Hurried the quarterback against Mercer and Wofford...For his play all season long, Wells landed a spot on the All-SoCon First Team at season's end. 

Prior to ETSU - Wells comes to the Bucs after spending the last four seasons at UCF...In 2024, Wells played in four games and made three tackles...His stops came against New Hampshire, Sam Houston State, and Colorado...Appeared in 10 games as a junior...Finished the season with 14 tackles, two quarterback hurries, and a forced fumble...Recorded his best games of the season against Villanova and Oklahoma State, logging four tackles in each game...Forced a fumble versus Cincinnati...Saw action in 12 contests as a sophomore...Made three tackles versus Temple...Notched two stops in the win against SMU...Tallied one tackle at Tulane during the regular season...As a freshman, Wells appeared in seven games as a defensive back and on special teams, including each of the final six games of the season...Totaled five tackles, one sack, and one hurry on the season...Earned UCF AD Honor Roll accolades for fall 2021...Played defensive back, wide receiver, and quarterback at Suncoast High School in Riviera Beach, Florida...Earned Class 5A honorable mention all-state honors...Helped Chargers to a 2-4 record so far in 2020 (12/17 vs. Seminole Ridge)...Rated sixth among top 30 players in Palm Beach County on a 2020 preseason basis by Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel...Honorable mention defensive back on Palm Beach Post Best of Preps large-school (5A-8A) defense for 2019...Played for coach Jimmy Clark...Also played basketball and ran 110 and 300 hurdles in track for the Chargers.
