2024 (Junior): Named first team all-SoCon … Named to the SoCon Spring All-Academic Team and SoCon Honor Roll … Became ETSU’s all-time doubles leader on April 14 at Mercer … Enters the 2024 season with 46 career doubles … Tied ETSU’s single-season batting average record after hitting .394 in 2024, which also led the SoCon … Ranked sixth nationally in doubles per game (0.40), 35th in total doubles (17) and 76 in batting average … SoCon leader in doubles … Started 42 games … Hit .394 (52-132) with 17 doubles, one home run, 23 RBI and 20 runs scored … Led the team in doubles, batting average, walks (20), on-base percentage (.468), while ranking second in hits, RBI, runs and slugging percentage (.545) … Posted 14 multi-hit games and five multi-RBI games, while hitting safely in 10 straight games and reaching safely in 17 straight contests … Recorded at least one hit in 32 games … Went 4-for-4 with an RBI vs. Samford on April 21 … Tallied her 10-game hit streak from Feb. 9-27, which included six multi-hit games … Belted her lone home run in game one of the doubleheader at Winthrop on March 26 … Was 3-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI and two runs scored at Kennesaw State on Feb. 18 … Had a two-hit game vs. Ole Miss on Feb. 17 and had two hits vs. Pitt on Feb. 18 … Only struck out 14 times in 132 at-bats … Committed just three errors as ETSU’s starting third baseman ... 2023 (Sophomore): Earned second team all-SoCon honors … Received College Sports Communications (CSC) Academic All-District honors … Named to the SoCon Spring All-Academic Team and SoCon Honor Roll … Set the ETSU single-season record for doubles with 19 … Ranked sixth nationally in doubles per game (0.35) and seventh in total doubles … Started all 54 games for the Bucs – all at third base … Hit .333 (59-177) with 19 doubles, one home run, 20 RBI and 24 runs scored … Led the team in hits and doubles, while ranking second in batting average, runs scored, slugging percentage (.458) and on-base percentage (.368) and was third in RBI … Also, led the team in multi-hit games (17) and was second in multi-RBI games (5) … Recorded at least one hit in 40 of the 54 games played … Was a perfect 3-for-3 in the win at NC State on Feb. 24, while going 3-for-5 with a double, RBI and two runs scored against Penn on Feb. 26 … Went 3-for-3 in the series finale at UNCG on March 26, while going 2-for-2 with two doubles, two RBI, two runs scored and a hit by pitch in the 9-0 win over Chattanooga on April 15 … Went 2-for-3 at Tennessee on March 28 … Struck out just 15 times in 177 at-bats, while committing only four errors as ETSU’s starting third baseman.

2022 (Freshman): Earned a spot on the All-SoCon Second Team and the All-Freshman Team … Led the team in hitting with a .297 average behind 47 hits and 10 RBIs … Started all 56 games on the season and concluded the year with 10 doubles, the most doubles on the team … Compiled a .361 slugging percentage and a .345 on-base percentage … Finished her freshman campaign with 14 stolen bases and recorded 55 putouts and 78 assists on the year … Recorded seven multi-hit performances on the year, including a career best three hits against Tennessee Tech (March 6) and Western Carolina (March 27).

High School: Lettered in softball at Farragut High School, playing primarily as an infielder and pitcher … In 2019, Young was a nominee for Prep Extra Player of the Year … Named All-Prep Extra First Team, All-District First Team, Runner-up Player of the Year, All-District Tournament team, 5-Star Preps First Team and TSCA All-State … She led Farragut to the 2019 district championship, winning the championship … In 2018, Young was tabbed: First Team All-Prep Extra, BSN Region 2 Challenge Team, All-District First Team, All-District Tournament First Team and was Rookie of the Year … Guided her team to a district title in 2018.
