2024 Cross Country - Howard competed in six races for ETSU during the 2024 campaign...The Ashland, Kentucky native logged a pair of top-10 finishes on the season...She finished fourth at the Roanoke Invitational with a time of 20:53.1 and then placed seventh at the Hokie Invitational clocking in at 22:03.2...Tallied a new personal-best 5K time at the SoCon Cross Country Championships (17:32.5)...Howard's time at the Championships led the Bucs and ranked 15th amongst the field...Howard paced the Bucs again at the NCAA South Region Championships with a time of 21:38.5 in the 6K race. 

2023 Cross Country - Named to the SoCon Honor Roll … Appeared in all six events for the Bucs … Set a 6K personal best at the NCAA Regional where she clocked in at 20:41.8 … Finished 19th at Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational … Placed 20th at Upstate Invitational … Ran 18:09.6 at the SoCon Championship where she placed 21st.

2022 Cross Country - Named second team All-SoCon ... Named to SoCon All-Academic Team and SoCon Honor Roll ... Competed in six meets for the Bucs during the 2022 season ... Began her season at the Eye Opener XC Festival (Sep.2), crossing the line at 19:21.6 in the 5K ...  Improved her time by nearly two minutes in the event at the Louisville Classic (Oct.1), setting a career best time of 17:33.9 ... Placed 12th overall in the 5K among 78 participants at the Southern Conference Cross Country Championships with a time of 17:44.0 ... Finished her season with a personal best time of 21:15.9 in the 6K at the NCAA Division 1 South Regional Cross Country Championship (Nov.11).

2021 Cross Country - Named to SoCon Fall All-Academic Team and SoCon Honor Roll ... Ran in all six meets for the Bucs ... Set a personal best 5K time at the North Alabama Showcase with a time of 19:41.9 ... Placed 40th at Golden Eagle Invite (21:09.1) and 42nd at SoCon Championship (20:55.4) ... Set a personal best 6K time at NCAA South Regional (24:09.7). 

2020 Cross Country - Named to the SoCon Roll ... Ran in one of the two events for the Bucs as their season was reduced due to COVID ... Made collegiate debut at the Newberry Invitational where she placed 14th in 20:19.1, helping ETSU to the team title. 

Prior to ETSU - Ran cross country and track and field at Paul G. Blazer ... Cross Country school record holder ... Six-time all-state selection in cross country ... Four-time all-region selection in cross country ...  Three-time regional champion in the 3200m, two-time regional champion in 1600m and regional champion in 800m. 

Personal - Daughter of Mabel and Sean Howard ... Born July 10, 2001 ... Majoring in nursing.
