2025 (Milligan): Entered four races for the Buffs in 2025... came home 11th in the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship with a personal best 21:57.4 in the 6k... finished 17th in the NAIA Appalachian Challenge with an 18:24.3 5k time.
2024 (Milligan): Entered five races for Milligan as a freshman... set her personal best cross country 5k time with an 18:23.6 in the NAIA Appalachian Challenge on Oct. 25, finishing 16th... posted a top-five finish at the Brevard Classic on Sept. 21 with a 19:02.8... finished 19th in the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship with a 22:53.5 time in the 6k.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Maryville High School with six career podiums... three-time D1-AAA State Championship qualifier, finishing 21st in 2021, 33rd in 2022, and 27th in 2023... set her personal best 5k time as a sophomore with a 19:04.2 in the Region 3-AAA Regional Championship in 2021... also ran the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 2-mile run, and 4x800m relay during her high school career.
