2025 Cross Country - Entered all seven races for ETSU as a freshman, posting two top-20 finishes... came home 18th in the Hokie Invitational on September 19, running a 23:48.9 on the 5.85k course... finished 18th in the South Region Showdown, posting a 6k time of 22:52.3... set her best 5k time at the Louisville Classic with a 19:13.8 on October 4... finished 58th in the SoCon Championship, running the 5k in 19:59.2... set a personal best 6k time in the NCAA South Regional with a 22:31.7.
High School: Salutatorian with a 4.0 GPA at Beech Senior High School in Hendersonville, Tennessee... set her personal best cross country 5k time with an 18:43.1 at the 2024 RunningLane Championships in Huntsville, Alabama... finished 23rd in the D1-AAA State Championship as a senior with a 19:18.9... won two podium finishes her senior year ... also ran track as a distance runner and part of multiple relay teams... ran the mile in the 2024 TSSAA D1-AAA Indoor Championships as a junior, finishing 21st.
