2024 Season (RS-Sophomore) - Gaillardetz played in all 12 games for ETSU in 2024...As a receiver, Gaillardetz caught 13 passes for 211 yards and three touchdowns...His top receiving day came at Mercer on November 2, where he caught a pair of passes for 57 yards...Longest catch of the season was a 42-yard reception against Furman on November 16...Tallied receiving touchdowns against UVA Wise, Western Carolina, and Furman...Was also ETSU's main punt returner...Returned 14 punts for 133 yards (9.5 avg.)...His longest return of the season was on September 28 at The Citadel (46 yards). 

2023 Season (RS-Freshman) - In his first season of game action for the Bucs, Gaillardetz played in nine games for ETSU in 2023...Made his on-field Buccaneer debut on September 2 at Jacksonville State, where he hauled in three passes for 69 yards...Caught his first collegiate touchdown a week later in a victory over Carson-Newman...Also reached the end zone at Samford on September 30...Best outing of the season came in the season finale against The Citadel...In the clash against the Bulldogs, Gaillardetz caught a season-high five passes for 103 yards and a touchdown...Finished his redshirt freshman campaign third on the team in receptions (20), second in receiving yards (342), and led the Bucs in receiving touchdowns (3) and caught ETSU's longest pass of the season (38)...Was also ETSU's leading punt returner as he returned five for 86 yards...For his efforts, Gaillardetz landed a spot on the SoCon's All-Freshman Team. 

2022 Season (Redshirt) - Named to the SoCon Honor Roll ... Redshirted as a true freshman.

Prior to ETSU - Attended McCallie High School in Chattanooga, Tenn., where he recorded 1400 receiving yards and 19 touchdowns during his career for the Blue Tornado … Won a State Championship during the 2021-2022 season, while finishing second in the state of Tennessee for receiving yards...Born July 22, 2003 … Son of Hugo and Nathalie … His Brother Isaac, plays football for Rouge et Or de l'Université Laval in Quebec City, Canada.
