2024 Season (Fifth Year) - English played in 11 of ETSU's 12 games in 2024...For the season, English completed 46-of-80 passes for 761 yards and seven touchdowns...English added three rushing touchdowns as well...His best game of the season came on November 2 at Mercer where he threw for 267 yards and a pair of touchdowns despite playing a little over a quarter of the game...English and fellow quarterback Jaylen King combined to break the school's single game passing yardage record in that game...English then started the next two games for ETSU under center and went 1-1 in starts against Western Carolina and Furman.

Prior to ETSU - English followed Head Coach Tre Lamb from Gardner-Webb to ETSU...In his lone season with the Runnin' Bulldogs, English appeared in 12 games for GWU...He completed 6-of-15 passes on the season for 47 yards and a touchdown...Prior to transferring to Gardner-Webb, English spent four seasons at Florida State...He made his collegiate debut on November 19, 2022 vs. Louisiana...In his appearance against the Rajin' Cajuns, English completed both of his passes he attempted for 16 yards...Earned the team's Bill McGrotha Award in 2022, which Presented by the Tallahassee QB Club, to the top Humanitarians...Member of Florida State's scout team for three seasons (2019-2021)...Was an ACC Honor Roll selection and was named a Seminole Scholar during all three seasons...As a high school player, English played three games for Winter Park before a season-ending injury as a senior in 2018, throwing for 568 yards and six touchdowns…Winter Park reached the Class 8A regional semifinal in 2018 and the regional final in 2017 under English…sister Bella swam for Florida State from 2017-20.
