2025 Cross Country: SoCon Men's Cross Country Champion... ranked as high as 19th in the country in the FloTrack men's individual rankings... won four of the five races he entered prior to the NCAA Regional Championship, including ETSU's first individual SoCon title in the 21st century... won the SoCon championship by more than 30 seconds with a time of 23:44.3 in Mill Springs, North Carolina, on November 1... won the South Region Showdown on October 18 in Roanoke, Virginia, with a 23:19.2, winning by a margin of 49 seconds...  won the Louisville Classic on October 4 with a 23:23.0, 15 seconds clear of the field... won the Hokie Invitational on September 19 in Blacksburg with a 22:31.1, completing the 7.8k race 29 seconds ahead of the field.

2024 Cross Country - Did not appear in any races for ETSU in 2024. 

2023 Cross Country - Named to the SoCon Honor Roll ... Earned All-American honors after finishing 22nd at the NCAA Championship with a time of 29:32.7 ... Landed first team all-SoCon honors after finishing runner-up at the conference championship ... Tabbed SoCon Runner of the Week three times and named SoCon Runner of the Month for September ... Won two individual titles - capturing gold at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (23:54.6) and at the Upstate Invitational ... Set a school record for the second time last year in Spartanburg where he clocked in at 23:10.2 ... Placed fifth at the NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 28:51.3.

Prior to ETSU - Attended Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. Competed in Track and Field and Cross Country for the Phoenix. Was the 2022 Mid-South Cross Country Champion in the 8K. Joins the Buccaneers with personal bests of 17:37.6 in the 6K and 23:51.6 in the 8K.
