2025 Season (Redshirt) - Bruton played in three games for the Bucs during his debut season in 2025...He made his ETSU debut on September 21 against Elon...He also appeared against SoCon foes Mercer and VMI later in the season...Most of his playing time was in the win over VMI where he saw a bunch of action on the special teams units for the Bucs as well as some on the defensive side of the ball. 

Prior to ETSU - Selected to play in 2024's Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas...Named to the Preseason All-State team ahead of the 2024 campaign and a multi-All-Region selection in basketball....Totaled 12 interceptions in his high school career...A member of the South Carolina High School Football Academic All-American Team...Bruton comes from an athletic family, as his father, Ron, played basketball at Missouri State, while his uncle Kris was drafted by the Chicago Bulls in 1994...His cousin Cameron Maybin played 15 seasons in Major League Baseball with 10 different franchises.
