2025 Season (RS-Sophomore) - McNamara saw action in five games for ETSU during the 2025 season...He made his ETSU debut in the season-opening win over Murray State...McNamara also saw playing time against VMI, Chattanooga, Wofford and Samford...He saw considerable time under center for the Bucs in the wins over VMI and Wofford...Against VMI, McNamara completed 8-of-14 passes for 176 yards and threw for a pair of touchdowns...In the win over Wofford later in the month, McNamara went 14-for-18 passing for 97 yards and added 18 yards rushing...Overall, McNamara went 25-for-37 passing (67.57%) for 305 yards and a pair of touchdowns in 2025. 

Prior to ETSU - Transfers to ETSU after spending time at both UTEP and New Mexico State...Has not appeared in a game yet in his collegiate career...During his prep career, McNamara completed 60 percent of his passes for 3,581 yards and 43 touchdowns to eight interceptions as a senior...Added 369 yards rushing and four scores...Led Page to the Class 5A Championship game, where the Patriots fell short...Finished 32-of-56 for 291 yards and four touchdowns with 65 yards rushing in the championship...His brother Cade is also a quarterback at ETSU...Brother Kyle also played wide receiver at UTEP...Father, Gary, was an outfielder for Fresno State and an assistant baseball coach at Nevada.
