Prior to ETSU - Compiled a record of 50-3 as the starting quarterback at Cleveland High School in Clayton, N.C., and helped lead his team to four conference championships and the school's first 13-win season...Threw for over 10,000 yards and 114 touchdowns in high school...Completed 63 percent of his passes, ran for 1,800 yards and added 39 rushing touchdowns...A three-time all-conference selection. Also, a three-time academic all-conference pick with a 4.0 GPA...Two-time Conference Player of the Year and an honorable mention all-state selection.
