Tyler Dell enters his first season as a member of ETSU's coaching staff in 2024. Dell comes to Johnson City after spending the last four seasons on Head Coach Tre Lamb's staff at Gardner-Webb where he coached the tight ends and was the recruiting coordinator. 

On the recruiting side, Dell has helped recruit one of the top classes in the Big South Conference for four straight years. Dell also helped bring a large contingent of former Runnin' Bulldogs to ETSU for Coach Lamb's first season leading the Blue & Gold. 

Prior to his arrival in Boiling Springs,the Waverly, Tenn., native spent time as a student offensive assistant at Tennessee Tech, where he graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary studies, psychology and exercise science in 2019.
